How to order your MediaCircus products

Using the Shopping Cart

1. Choose the format you want your product in from the drop-down list (where applicable). If in doubt send us an e-mail and ask!
2. Click on the "buy now" button.
3. Your selection will be added to your PayPal shopping cart.
4. You can choose to keep shopping or go directly to the checkout.
5. If you carry on shopping and want to see what's in your shopping cart, click the "view cart" button.
6. When you've finished shopping view your cart and click the checkout button
7. you'll then be taken to the paypal site and given choices of payment method.
   

PAYPAL

If you don't already have a PayPal account you will be prompted to open one.
If you've never used it before, PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Please note that we are based in the UK and all our transactions are conducted in British Pounds Sterling. If you are paying with a different currency PayPal automatically does the conversion for you. We have listed approximate prices in other currencies. Delivery Times

We try and process all orders as soon as they arrive, and would hope to get them sent out to you within a week. We send all UK orders first class, and all international orders by Air Mail.
However, there are times when all of us are out juggling, so please allow 28 days for delivery.

We add postage and packaging costs on a percentage of the cost of your order. This is how we work it out:

What if my order never arrives?

If, after 28 days your order doesn't reach you, e-mail us and we'll try again.

What happens if my DVD doesn't work on my DVD player?

We cannot 100% guarantee that our DVDs will play on your DVD player. In fact, no-one can. If the DVD doesn't work for you, send it back to us and we'll either a) replace it with a DVD made in a different way b) refund your money. The choice will be yours.

If I buy things from you will I get lots of spam?

The information you submit to us remains confidential. We will not submit it to third parties. We may, however, send you the occasional (very occasional) e-mail telling you our latest news. You will have an option to unsubscribe.

Formats and Regions

All of our DVDs are region free and will play in all areas of the world. All our DVDs except for Social Siteswaps are made in the NTSC format which will play in computers all around the world and in DVD Players in both PAL and NTSC areas.
